  • Business Development & Client Acquisition – Identify, pursue, and secure high-value industrial clients to expand the company's staffing services.
  • Strategic Relationship Management – Cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers, ensuring retention and repeat business.
  • Consultative Sales Approach – Analyze client workforce needs and provide tailored staffing solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Targets – Consistently achieve top-tier sales performance through prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Positioning – Stay ahead of industry trends to position staffing services competitively in the market.

Qualifications
