Key Responsibilities - Business Development & Client Acquisition – Identify, pursue, and secure high-value industrial clients to expand the company's staffing services.
- Strategic Relationship Management – Cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers, ensuring retention and repeat business.
- Consultative Sales Approach – Analyze client workforce needs and provide tailored staffing solutions that enhance productivity.
- Revenue Growth & Sales Targets – Consistently achieve top-tier sales performance through prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Market Insights & Competitive Positioning – Stay ahead of industry trends to position staffing services competitively in the market.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership – Work closely with recruiters and operations teams to ensure smooth service execution.
- CRM & Reporting – Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Qualifications - 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or workforce solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with the industrial sector (warehousing/manufacturing) is highly desirable.
