Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator supports the Go Expansion Senior Management at Turnkey level on activities such as:

• Reporting internal and external KPIs.
• Coordinating transversal internal and external reports.
• Coordinating meetings and project governance issues across sub-sytems, partners and customers.
• Develops and maintains details in project dashboards.
• Support Senior Management in managing key information.
• Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes and presentations.
• analytical skills to compile summary documents, e.g Monthly Progress Report, Management Plans, Project Delivery Reviews. Collect and include contributions of the Team.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• University/College degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent commercial background. 

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Power BI (strong knowledge needed), Visio, Macro programming language, Project Management Software.
• Good knowledge of railway products and systems
• Conflict management and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit approach
• Strong attention to details
• Communication abilities to obtain collaboration from the matrix organization involved in the project
• Excellence organizational and time management skills
• Anticipation, clear reporting
