Revenue Audit Supervisor

Position Summary — The Revenue Audit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the revenue audit team, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of both gaming and non-gaming revenue streams. This role supervises the Gaming Revenue Auditor and Non-Gaming Revenue Auditor, ensuring financial integrity, adherence to internal controls, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness in revenue auditing processes

Essential Functions

  • Supervise and provide guidance to the revenue audit team, including Gaming and Non-Gaming Revenue Auditors.
  • Oversee daily revenue reconciliation processes for gaming (slot machines, table games) and non-gaming (food & beverage, Lodge, retail) operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, gaming regulations, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve audit reports, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Review and post entries prepared by the auditors.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, including reviewing currency transaction reports (CTR) and suspicious activity reports (SAR).
  • Audit promotional activities, including comps, player rewards, marketing giveaways, and other incentive programs, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, variances, and irregularities in revenue reports.
  • Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operational departments to address audit findings and improve processes.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the revenue audit team to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all revenue audit activities.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, financial auditing standards, and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
  • 3–5 years of auditing, accounting, or finance experience (Preferred)
  • Casino Experience (Required)
  • Knowledge of gaming operations and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial auditing procedures, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in financial software, audit tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to supervise and mentor audit team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in financial auditing.

Other Requirements — Required to obtain and maintain a Seneca Cayuga tribal gaming license and a state issued I.D. All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening prior to beginning employment. Must be at least 18 years of age per gaming regulations.

Physical Requirements — This role operates in an office setting within the casino environment. Interactions with operational

staff and vendors is required. Work hours may vary depending on deadlines and operational needs. The role requires

extended periods of sitting and working with computers.

Work Environment — Grand Lake Casino is a drug and alcohol-free workplace; Must be able to work in a casino environment which includes high levels of smoke, dust, and noise.
