Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) – Clinic-Based | Virginia Beach, VA

Part-Time | Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM | $21.50 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience & certification)

As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you’ll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a collaborative, clinic-based setting that values compassion, teamwork, and growth.

Position Highlights

• Setting: Clinic-based (Virginia Beach, VA)
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  
• Status: Part-time
  
• Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  
• Compensation: $21.50 – $26.00 per hour for RBTs (based on experience and certification)
  

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic-based setting
  
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by a supervising BCBA
  
• Collect and record session data accurately using digital tools
  
• Communicate effectively with your supervising BCBA and caregivers
  
• Create a positive, structured environment that promotes learning and growth
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred)
  
• Candidates with prior ABA or child development experience (required for BTs)
  
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to helping children succeed
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
