+ The role is a part of the Cargo Performance Planning & Analysis team within Cargo Commercial group. The team provides data-driven insights that enable strategic decision-making across the entire Cargo division
+ This role will support the Cargo Performance Planning & Analysis team's reporting and analytics needs - building reports, maintaining dashboards, and helping automate workflows
**What you'll do**

+ Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization tools to support decision-making across Cargo Division
+ Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports that highlight key metrics and performance trends
+ Identify patterns and generate insights from data to answer business questions and support commercial initiatives
+ Improve team efficiency by automating manual workflows and streamlining data processes using SQL, Python, or Excel tools
+ Document queries, processes, and data sources to ensure consistency and enable team knowledge sharing
+ Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on analytics projects and data tools
**All you'll need for success**
+ **Minimum Qualifications-Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information System, Applied Statistics, Data Mining, Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field
+ 3 years of related experience
+ 1 year of experience with SQL/Python **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information System, Applied Statistics, Data Mining, Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field
+ Expertise in one or more of the following: data science, and/or statistics; practical experience in data extraction, cleansing, analysis, and visualization **Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python and data visualization tools like Power Bi/Tableau
+ Strong communication skills, comfortable working across teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical partners
+ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Curiosity and initiative to improve workflows, automate tasks, and learn new tools
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
