Job Description

Job Title: CMMS Support Specialist Pay Rate: $35.00-40.00 per hour Location: Beavercreek, OH 45301 Area code: 937 Shift: Part Time, 1st Job Type: Direct, Onsite #maximo #CMMS #aerospace Belcan is seeking a knowledgeable CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) Specialist to work on-site in Beavercreek, OH. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize and expand your expertise while supporting our team. Job Duties:

Provide daily support within Maximo CMMS software, updating the system to current standards
Report on the current state of business
Create and modify existing work scopes
Lead sessions with technicians to develop preventive maintenance tasks for equipment
Facilitate sessions using provided lists, no prior knowledge required
Create training materials and conduct one-on-one training sessions with technicians
Load jobs and tasks, create work packages, and perform administrative functions within Maximo

Qualifications:

Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and maintenance services
Prior work experience with CMMS software (computerized maintenance management system), ideally Maximo
Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out
Computer savvy and ability to use basic MS Excel and MS Office programs
Willingness to learn new software with limited support
Flexibility regarding work time, days, and a hybrid work schedule
Legal authorization to work in the US

Desired Skills (Not Required):

Skilled in Maximo CMMS
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $35.00-40.00 per hour.
