Job Description

VIDEO SHOOTER / EDITOR

We’re seeking a skilled and proficient videographer and editor to bring their skills to Pack Films. This is not a training position, you will be expected to start pro-level in these areas.

ABOUT PACK FILMS
Pack Films is a boutique video production company based in Nashville, TN. We strive to make each project as great as it can be, and build relationships with clients who care just as much as we do. We work with marketing agencies as well as directly with brands and businesses to deliver exceptional video.

In this role, you’ll be deep in hands-on production each and every day. Serving our growing base of customers, you’ll plan, shoot, and edit video day in and day out. Collaborating with other creatives on the team, we will challenge you to push and enhance your skills, as we all grow together.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Filming cinematic video for businesses large and small
  • Coordinating projects with clients, planning, working to make the project a success
  • Editing video with strong storylines and attention to detail
  • Professional communication with clients about feedback, timelines, and revisions
  • Ability to incorporate graphics into edits
  • We’re a small company - while the vast majority of your time would be shooting/editing, it’d branch a little beyond!

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • We’d expect someone with 5yrs+ experience to develop the skillset for this job
  • Excellent ability to tell stories
  • An eye for detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes concurrently
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Premiere, AE, etc) and other relevant software

This is a full-time position with pay dependent on portfolio and experience.
