insurance marketing organization (IMO, BGA, FMO, etc.). We specialize in life
insurance, fixed & indexed annuities, LTC, and Disability Income solutions.
E4IS crafts better financial and emotional outcomes for individuals and
businesses through the distribution of insurance solutions that deliver
predictable results in an unpredictable world. In essence, E4IS does four key

About the Role:
We are seeking a Training and Technology Specialist
to lead employee training, onboarding, and professional development
initiatives. In this role, you will ensure new hires are set up for success and
that existing employees have ongoing learning opportunities to grow within the
company. You will also manage training-related technology and tools to optimize
learning experiences.

Benefits: The position will be a full-time
position and will be eligible for all benefits available to full-time
employees. A complete list of company benefits will be provided separately. The
position will start with an annual rate of 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per
year, accrued 10 hours each month and credited at the end of each full month of
work. Please see E4IS Employee Handbook for all policies and procedures.
