insurance, fixed & indexed annuities, LTC, and Disability Income solutions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Training and Technology Specialist

to lead employee training, onboarding, and professional development

initiatives. In this role, you will ensure new hires are set up for success and

that existing employees have ongoing learning opportunities to grow within the

company. You will also manage training-related technology and tools to optimize

learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Onboarding & Training

  • Develop and execute structured onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Set up new hires with the necessary technology, software, and access to training resources.
  • Schedule and coordinate the first two weeks of training sessions and meetings.
  • Provide training on shared technology platforms, including: OneHQ, Hubstaff (if applicable), RedCloud, Faxing System, SharePoint, OneNote
  • Manage and maintain LIFT and LIBRA training schedules.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to enhance the new hire experience.

Ongoing Employee Training & Development

  • Identify opportunities for employee growth and coordinate improvement training.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and training sessions for professional development.
  • Support employees in learning new systems, tools, and best practices.
  • Track training completion and effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and career growth.

Technology & Learning Management

  • Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and training materials.
  • Oversee employee carrier logins and access for training-related software.
  • Ensure training content is up to date with company policies and technology changes.
  • Conduct an annual technology audit and ensure employees have the necessary tools.
  • Manage OnePassword for training-related accounts.

Offboarding & Transition Support

  • Ensure proper knowledge transfer for departing employees.
  • Work with IT to disable access to systems and confirm return of company equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in employee training, onboarding, or learning & development.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with training software, learning management systems (LMS), and workplace technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in instructional design or developing training programs.
  • Familiarity with Hubstaff, OneHQ, RedCloud, and other business software.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and employee development strategies.
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

 

Benefits:  The position will be a full-time

position and will be eligible for all benefits available to full-time

employees. A complete list of company benefits will be provided separately. The

position will start with an annual rate of 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per

year, accrued 10 hours each month and credited at the end of each full month of
