Traffic Manager

The Short Story

Spitball is looking for an impeccably, detail-oriented and highly-organized Traffic Manager to help ensure all projects across departments run smoothly from creating schedules to acquiring project needs to releasing assets to vendors. 

How Will You Create Impact?

You will be able to put your stamp on countless projects at Spitball by specifically:

  • Gaining an understanding of each project and their dependencies
  • Creating an efficient project work stream 
  • Analyzing existing workloads to determine a specific project schedule in collaboration with departments/personnel that is realistic and meets client goals
  • Facilitating getting project assets from internal teams, clients, partners and vendors
  • Acting as the liaison between internal teams and our Account Service team
  • Shepherding projects through the process and routing to the appropriate personnel to stay on schedule
  • Being a proactive problem solver while working with departments to avoid schedule issues
  • Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
  • Insuring final deliverables are to spec
  • Flighting certain assets to assist teams in releasing files to vendors
  • Assisting the team in moving projects forward
