**Responsibilities & Qualifications**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Engineer supporting cellular network infrastructure design, deployment, testing, and operations.
+ Perform RF site surveys to assess coverage and identify potential issues.
+ Design cellular network implementations to meet performance and coverage requirements
+ Conduct drive testing to evaluate RF performance and identify optimization opportunities.
+ Optimize RF coverage to enhance network efficiency and service quality.
+ Monitor network performance to ensure consistent and reliable service.
+ Troubleshoot RF issues, resolving network problems to maintain high service levels.
+ Document cellular infrastructure to maintain accurate and up-to-date system records.
+ Support system migrations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal service disruptions.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 3 years of relevant networking experience
+ Strong understanding of LTE/5G fundamentals
+ Proficiency in RF analysis and assessment
+ Hands-on experience with drive testing
+ Expertise in network optimization strategies
+ Skilled in technical documentation and reporting
+ Experience in performance monitoring and analysis
+ Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
**CERTIFICATIONS**
+ CWNA or equivalent
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience with DoD cellular networks and operations
+ Proficiency in using spectrum analysis tools
+ Skilled in project coordination and execution
+ Expertise in training delivery and knowledge transfer
