Job Description

• Teach private lessons and up to group lessons as needed and scheduled by the Aquatics Manager or Swim Head Coach which will include weekends.
• Fill in and cover MOD (manager on duty) responsibilities when Aquatics Manager and Aquatics Coordinator are unavailable.
• Training on Daxko and Team Unified to be able to add programs, register people, and assist in addressing parent and participant concerns.
• Work with Head Coach in developing trainings, additional swim team programs and meets.
• Assist in coaching/organizational needs of Westchester Fairfield Swimming League (WFSL)
• Assist Aquatics Manager and Aquatics Coordinator with conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure a high standard of safety and service.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or issues promptly.
• Foster positive relationships with the community, participants, and local organizations.
• Assists with monitoring expenses and seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety and quality.
• Assisting the Head Coach in swim team admin duties such as: team unity, payments, team manager, communication, league responsibilities.
• Taking attendance for sessions.
• Providing support and answers for parents as needed communicating through New Rochelle YMCA email and phone.
• Conduct evaluations on swimmers.
• Attending trainings as needed for role development.
• Supervisor will teach the following ow to backwash, clean basket, assist in Swim team, Team manager, Meeting with parents group lessons, WFSL ( Westchester fear field swimming League)
