Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales and Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong Sales and leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing store staff, ensuring efficient operations, and driving sales performance while maintaining a positive Service and shopping environment.

Duties

• Lead and manage a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to enhance team performance and customer service.
• Maintain and Supervise daily store operations, including Service requests, inventory management, stock organization, and visual merchandising.
• Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining financial integrity.
• Implement pricing strategies based on retail math principles to optimize profitability.
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their shopping experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in retail math for effective pricing and inventory management.
• Experience with POS systems and other retail technology platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
