Job Description

Woodfield Boca Raton is seeking  Sport Desk Attendants   to provide professional services in our Tennis Pro Shop and Pickleball complex. We are looking for candidates with experience in sport operations with excellent communication and service skills. Must have computer skills and have a flexible schedule, willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays and able to work indoors and extended hours outdoors. 

The Sport Desk Attendant  performs total member satisfaction duties including but not limited to: operate Point of Sale system, complete daily reports, help members in purchasing equipment and apparel and related items, answer phones and take reservations for tennis and pickleball courts, make phone calls, collect the appropriate fees, etc., from members and keep shop area neat and tidy (including patio chairs and tables) as well as keep pickleball area and pavilion tidy (including patio tables and seating areas) and help the tennis merchandiser with the display of merchandise.

REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work indoors and extended hours outdoors
• Exceptional communication and hospitality skills
• Previous experience in a sporting goods environment, preferred
• Experience in CHELSEA Reservations System, preferred
