What we need:

The Solutions Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that is responsible for developing schedules and coordinating all necessary resources to ensure timely delivery of requests and orders as well as customer satisfaction. This role will act as the primary point of contact and an internal processes expert for the sales representatives and customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Gain understanding of company operations and industry trends; assist with identification of potential process improvements.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Schedule tasks and coordinate with various team members to accomplish the results.
  • Navigate the AS400 to find information for patterns, problems, the order or the job #
  • Manage multiple projects and requests at once.
  • Frequently communicate internal processes and terminology to sales team.
  • Look for opportunities to improve current processes and applications.
  • Maintain detailed project logs and provide timely project updates.
  • With the support of leadership, work with manufacturing to achieve specified designs in production.
  • Develop an understanding of how to design custom carpets across all Platforms to achieve the customer’s requirements.
  • Responsible for reviewing/critiquing an order prior to order entry and verify order for accuracy.
  • Coordinate existing and new hospitality accounts by assisting with the completion of hospitality estimate/contract packages, ongoing support of sales associates, and preparation of project proposals.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships internally and externally to promote business goals.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 0-2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Knowledge of company products preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
