Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Shift Manager for Warehouse Operations to oversee and lead daily operations during the day shift. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management and will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work a 5-day week schedule during day shifts
Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities during the designated shift
Ensure efficient and safe operation of all warehouse equipment and tools
Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor levels of supplies
Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency
Resolve any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely manner
Salary
Competitive annual salary of $80,000 - $85,000 DOE
