Trend Analysis and Competitive Research Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously improve merchandising approaches. Make recommendations for visual updates based on current trends and seasonal changes. Collaboration and Leadership Lead and train visual merchandising teams on best practices, product placement, and design principles.
