Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: wash, scrape, paint, and refill our LP tanks that will be sent to retail stores.
Qualifications:
Physical requirements: Walk up to 10 hours; lift/carry up to 100 pounds to waist level frequently; lift/carry 60 pounds to 60 inches; lift/carry 40 pounds to 76 inches; push/pull 60 pounds of force; bend, twist, reach, stoop frequently.
Work Schedule: These positions will be for peak seasonal demand available from May through August, 2025. Primary schedules are either an 8am - 6pm or 2pm - 12am shift Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday. This schedule does include holidays as well. Candidates are required to commit to 3 weekends of availability per month.
This position offers a $5 an hour premium for working weekends (7:30pm Friday through 6:59am on Monday) as well as a $2 premium for working overnights.
