Job Description

Project Scope: The project involves managing and optimizing the SCCM/ECM (on-premises) environment for comprehensive workstation lifecycle management, with a strong emphasis on patch/update deployments and software distribution. The role requires identifying and addressing challenges or gaps in the SCCM/ECM environment, proposing configuration updates, topology modifications, or integrating new tools to enhance system performance and reliability.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of workstation lifecycle management using SCCM/ECM, including patch/update deployments and software distribution.
• Identify challenges and gaps within the SCCM/ECM environment.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Server OS, IIS, DNS, DHCP, WSUS (SCCM), Active Directory, PKI, and Identity and Access Management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Has minimum 6 years of extensive knowledge and experience with SCCM/ECM (on prem) performing all aspects of workstation lifecycle mgmt. from an SCCM perspective. (Heavy focus on patch/updates deployments and software distribution.)
• The candidate must understand the challenges/gaps with the SCCM/ECM environment and has provided recommendations/solutions to address the various gaps with the SCCM/ECM environment. (This can include configuration updates/topology modifications/new tools that work in conjunction with SCCM/ECM
• Environment: Microsoft Server OS, Internet Information Services (IIS), DNS, DHCP, PowerShell Scripting, Windows Server Update Service (SCCM), Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI),Identity and Access Management . VMware vSphere Infrastructure, Pure Flash Array, Citrix XenApp and NetScaler, Red Hat and Oracle Linux, SAN administration, Microsoft 365 Services, Amazon Web Services, Ansible.
