Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients virtually to provide guidance and education around financial wellness and protection strategies.
Follow up with individuals who have requested information (no cold calling).
Use our systems to document and manage client communications.
Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship programs.
Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals in a supportive and remote environment.
Qualifications
Background in customer service, consulting, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with virtual platforms and basic computer skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Willingness to pursue additional industry certifications (company-supported).
