About the Position: Are you ready to start a career in the exciting world of RVs? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated RV Specialist to join our team! On-the-Job Training:

  • 45-Day Training Program: Kickstart your career with a comprehensive, hands-on training program that will set you up for success. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of RV models, accessories, and sales techniques. Your training will be located at one of our Fun Town RV locations in Cleburne, TX, providing you with the perfect environment to learn and grow in the RV industry.
  • Accommodations-Room & Board : During the six-week training period, individual RVs will be provided to all trainees, set up next door at our Fun Town Campground for a comfortable and convenient stay.
  • Continuous Learning: Beyond the initial training, you’ll have ongoing opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise in the RV industry, with product knowledge and sales coaching sessions.

Sales-Focused Responsibilities:

  • Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the best RV for their lifestyle and budget.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your knowledge of RV models, features, and accessories, to better inform customers and close sales.
  • Sales Targets: Set personal sales goals and work toward exceeding them, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Sales Process: From product demos to finalizing the sale, you’ll take customers through every step of the RV purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly walk, stand, and move around the showroom and lot to assist customers and inspect RVs.
  • Use hands for handling, feeling, and interacting with RV features, accessories, and sales materials.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be required.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Strong vision abilities, including close vision for reading contracts and brochures and peripheral vision for showroom navigation.
