Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making- Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)- Proven experience as a finance manager or similar role- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices- Proficient in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, Excel)- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong leadership and management abilities
