ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!

OUR REPS EARN $15K-$20K PER MONTH!

NO EXPERIENCE IN ROOFING SALES REQUIRED – WE TRAIN MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Must have sales or customer service experience
• Must be willing to knock doors and run leads
• Must be comfortable with heights and getting on roofs
• Must be flexible to work evenings and some weekends
• Background in door-to-door or car sales is a plus

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Roofing Sales Representative at Silver Ridge Roofing and Construction, your role is to generate leads and grow our client base in Houston and surrounding areas through direct outreach. With training and support, you will develop expertise in roofing sales while building lasting customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• Self-motivated and independent
• Willing to learn and be coached
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sales and/or roofing experience is a plus
• Valid U.S. work authorization and Texas Driver's License

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect and generate business through door knocking and other methods
• Build rapport quickly with potential clients
• Speak confidently in public and sales settings
• Meet deadlines and pay attention to detail
• Thrive in social environments and enjoy meeting people
• Work until 7-8 PM on weekdays and some weekends (10 AM-4 PM)
• Represent Silver Ridge Roofing with professionalism
