Job Description

Residential Security Patrol Officer Location Elk Park, NC :

Sheepdog Public Safety is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Unarmed Security Guard in Elk Park, NC . In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the safety and security of a residential community.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine patrols to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, ensuring security of doors, windows, and gates.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
Respond promptly to emergencies and alarms, investigating disturbances as necessary.
Document and report daily activities, incidents, and irregularities such as property damage, theft, unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Provide assistance and a security presence to residents and guests as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required for state registration as a security guard).
Ability to pass a background check (required for state registration as a security guard).
Previous security experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
