We are seeking an experienced Tech/Ops Project Manager to lead enterprise IT and operational initiatives across multiple clinic locations. This role is approximately 70% IT-focused, supporting EMR platforms, system improvements, vendor management, and staff training. The ideal candidate is a strong project leader who can ask the right questions, manage vendors effectively, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.

Salary:$110,000–$130,000 plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT and operational projects from scoping through completion, including timelines, vendor coordination, training, and system optimization.
Support and oversee EMR platforms, primarily G Gastro (ModMed) and Epic, across multiple clinics.
Partner with vendors, a fractional CIO, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
Manage strategic IT initiatives such as EMR upgrades, system enhancements, and potential vendor transitions.
Train clinical and administrative staff on EMR workflows, functionality, and best practices.
Maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and project activities.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to data security best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing high-impact initiatives and deadlines.
Qualifications:
5–7 years of project management experience with a strong IT and operational focus.
Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
Hands-on experience with EMR systems; G Gastro (ModMed) and/or Epic strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage vendors and deliver IT system improvements.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with RingCentral or similar telephony systems is a plus.
