I'm a Recruiter with Manpower Engineering and I am looking for a remote Proposal Writer / Technical Writer for our ASIC manufacturing client. This will be a 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend or convert to perm. US Citizenship required. **Primary Duties:** + Looking for an Engineer to read and respond to government RFPs, digest the information and put together a proposal in a compliant, responsible manner. + Write proposals in a technical way that sells the products, specifically ASIC + Will be 3 major proposal submittals in the first 6 months, ~30 pages covering the technology, road maps, concepts, and potential solutions **What's Needed?** + Seeking someone from the semiconductor/ASIC/microelectronics industry - able to speak the language and understand the industry + Seeking an engineer that not only understands the technical aspects and ASIC design but also the sales piece.
