Each book you publish begins with a solid research foundation to reduce risk and improve earning outcomes.
Once a topic is selected, you'll use included AI tools to build your manuscript. This is where the publishing process becomes highly efficient. You’ll be trained to use structured prompt templates with AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT) to quickly produce organized, readable content.
Tasks include:
Inserting pre-written prompts into the AI writing interface
Structuring chapter flow using modular content blocks
Refining AI-generated text for readability and formatting
Ensuring tone, voice, and clarity match nonfiction guide expectations
Compiling and editing content into a cohesive manuscript
Each book is targeted to be between 3,000 and 7,000 words, with structure and flow taking priority over stylistic flair.
With the draft complete, your next responsibility is preparing the content for Kindle upload. This step involves formatting the manuscript to meet KDP’s technical standards and optimizing all book data for discoverability and conversion.
Tasks include:
Formatting headers, bullet points, spacing, and chapter breaks
Applying Kindle-specific styling and layout standards
Writing SEO-friendly titles, subtitles, and descriptions using included formulas
Choosing relevant categories and backend keywords
Creating or sourcing book covers using free Canva templates or approved alternatives
No design experience is needed. Tutorials and done-for-you templates handle every step.
Your final task is to upload and launch the book using the system’s KDP upload and promotional strategy. This process is streamlined into a simple checklist you’ll follow each time a book is completed.
You’ll be responsible for:
Uploading the manuscript and cover to KDP
Double-checking pricing, royalties, and metadata
Initiating launch strategy using the included press release template
