This is a remote position. Client Services Specialist – Bilingual Spanish
Location: Remote (Pacific Standard Time)
Position Summary:
As a Client Services Specialist, you will support Client Success Managers by managing client tasks and generating reports for individuals enrolled in our program. Your interactions with clients will occur through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, email, and text. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive consistent, empathetic, and accurate support throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Set clear expectations during the early stages of the client’s program (e.g., Welcome and Intro calls)
Provide timely and informative updates to clients throughout their enrollment
Accurately assess client needs and offer empathetic, helpful assistance
Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound communications (calls, emails, texts, voicemails)
Ensure all scheduled client follow-ups are completed promptly
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system
Consistently meet or exceed performance targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
Industry specific experience in Debt relief.
Strong active listening and customer-focused mindset
Basic math proficiency
Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
High adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
Demonstrated empathy and problem-solving in client interactions
Work Hours:
Full-time position
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
