Responsibilities

Help in the preparation of project documentation
Participate in project meetings and take detailed notes
Identify potential project risks and assist in mitigation strategies
Support the project management team in various administrative tasks

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
