Production Scheduler – Manufacturing | $60,000 - $65,000 Annually

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to manage and optimize our manufacturing production schedules . This role ensures efficient workflow, timely delivery, and inventory management while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet sales forecasts and customer deadlines.
• Analyze production capacity, specifications, and materials to optimize workflow.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and unforeseen challenges.
• Track raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory to align with production goals.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with suppliers to manage material forecasts and procurement timelines.
• Generate production reports, workflow plans, and inventory assessments to improve efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in production.
• Support continuous process improvements to enhance operational performance.

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management preferred.
• Experience : 3+ months of hands-on experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, or materials planning .
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, inventory management, and production scheduling tools .
• Analytical Skills : Strong mathematical ability for capacity planning, lead time calculations, and workflow optimization .
• Communication : Ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate production plans.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze and resolve scheduling and supply chain challenges in real time.
