We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Information Technology (IT) team at American Tower. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements, optimize processes, and deliver high-impact Salesforce solutions. This hybrid position requires in-office work in Woburn, MA, three days per week.

As a key contributor, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, identify operational inefficiencies, and support Salesforce integration and data migration efforts to enhance business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor other Business Analysts; share deep application and business process knowledge.

• Conduct cross-functional requirements sessions and produce high-quality documentation.

• Provide technical and functional expertise across systems and departments.

• Identify and resolve conflicting business requirements, promoting innovative solutions.

• Drive business process improvements using Salesforce and integration best practices.

• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, development teams, and business stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment of IT solutions with strategic business objectives.

• Oversee all aspects of requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability.

• Support system deployment readiness and facilitate operational transitions.

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to serve as the "voice of the customer."

• Contribute to strategic roadmaps, identifying future integration opportunities.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including process maps and user stories.

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

• Business Analysis certification (CBAP or CCBA) strongly preferred.

• Minimum 9 years in business analysis, application implementation/support, or equivalent.

• At least 7 years of experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Proven experience with Salesforce integration and external application connectivity.

• Strong background in data mapping and migration.

• Familiarity with native Salesforce reporting and third-party reporting tools.

• Industry experience in telecommunications, tower operations, leasing, or real estate preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and levels.

• Approximately 15% travel may be required.
