The Principal Salesforce Business Analyst will lead complex cross-functional projects, guide other analysts, and drive strategic Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes. This role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and leadership in delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.
Lead and mentor Business Analysts across application design and functionality
Drive cross-functional requirements gathering and solution design
Identify and solve operational and process inefficiencies
Lead documentation, business process mapping, and user readiness
Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer
Coordinate with QA for testing and validation
Maintain clear and concise documentation across all project phases
9+ years in business analysis, app design/implementation/support
7+ years of experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions
Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and native reporting
Data mapping and data migration expertise
Master's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar
Industry background in tower, real estate, or leasing
Experience with external reporting systems
