Job Overview Martinelli Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing operations on new construction and renovation projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced commercial environments and is ready to manage a crew of 2-5 plumbers while overseeing project quality, timelines, and materials.

Key Responsibilities - Supervise and lead plumbing crews (2-5 plumbers) on commercial job sites
- Interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics to plan and coordinate installations
- Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Order, track, and manage materials needed for each job
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success
- Maintain jobsite organization and cleanliness
- Ensure code compliance and adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Perform hands-on plumbing tasks as needed to support team productivity
- Monitor project milestones and assist in scheduling inspections
Qualifications & Skills - 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience (foreman or lead role preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage jobsite operations
- Extensive knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and local plumbing codes
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing time and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
