Summary

We’re a top-producing, dynamic real estate team known for delivering exceptional results and unmatched marketing across every listing. Our brand is built on creativity, innovation, and high-level service—and we’re looking for a talented visual storyteller to help bring our listings and brand to life.

We are seeking a full-time Photographer/Videographer who is experienced in real estate media production. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in both photography and videography (including drone), has experience with Matterport 3D tours, and is comfortable editing both photos and video content. In addition to listing media, this role will support our team with agent marketing, event coverage, and team branding/training video production.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality listing photography and videography for homes across various price points
• Operate drones for aerial shots and video (FAA license preferred)
• Create immersive Matterport 3D tours and ensure smooth functionality
• Edit photos and videos in a timely manner, consistent with our brand style
• ​Film video content and B-roll for social media production
• Produce agent promotional content including short-form video, branding pieces, and testimonials
• Cover team events, trainings, and community initiatives with both photo and video content
• Organize and manage media assets for easy access and repurposing across platforms
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and listing teams to ensure consistency and quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate photography/videography
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of Matterport camera systems and platform
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
• Must have own professional photography, videography, drone, and editing equipment
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
