About the Role:

Are you a passionate pharmacist dedicated to improving patient health outcomes? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in implementing healthcare strategies, driving patient intervention programs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical pharmacy services. You'll be a key player in optimizing pharmacy financial performance while enhancing patient well-being. What You'll Do:

Elevate Patient Care: Implement and manage diverse patient care programs, including Medication Therapy Management, Immunization Services, and adherence and clinical programs sponsored by payers and pharmaceutical companies.
Drive Clinical Excellence: Champion compliance and continuous quality improvement in clinical pharmacy services by evaluating and redesigning processes, monitoring results, and implementing necessary changes. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
Optimize Financial Performance: Contribute to regional pharmacy financial success by aligning business strategies with financial goals. Implement and execute patient intervention programs to maximize reimbursements and improve patient outcomes.
Enhance Patient Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional healthcare services, including patient consultations, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and specialized clinical services like immunizations and disease state management.
Empower and Educate: Provide expert guidance, resources, education, and support to fellow pharmacists and field leaders. Facilitate staff training and development opportunities, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Ensure Medication Safety: Conduct thorough data and clinical reviews to guarantee the accuracy and appropriateness of medications. Review drug histories and patient profiles to ensure safe and effective drug therapy.
Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with patients by actively listening to their concerns and providing valuable consultations. Offer clinical expertise and knowledge to patients, doctors, and insurance plans as needed.
Remote Prescription Processing: Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently from a remote setting.
Maintain Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, as well as company policies and procedures, including HIPAA guidelines.
Contribute to Improvement: Provide feedback on the effectiveness of patient retention programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
Active Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
Proven ability to motivate and guide team members in problem-solving.
Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to work independently and escalate issues as needed.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on meeting quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Willingness to travel periodically for business purposes.
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of various insurance plans.
Familiarity with pharmacy computer systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
