Pediatrician

Overview:
We’re bringing a Pediatrician on board to provide hands-on, community-centered care at our San Juan Capistrano, CA clinic. This position is all about supporting growing families—offering preventive care, guiding developmental health, and being a consistent resource for parents and children alike.

Annual Salary:
$220,000 to $250,000

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Setting:
Outpatient pediatric clinic

Responsibilities:

• Conduct wellness checkups for children and teens
• Provide immunizations and monitor developmental progress
• Diagnose and manage routine pediatric conditions
• Educate parents on healthy habits and preventive care
• Maintain accurate records using EMR
• Refer to pediatric specialists when necessary

Requirements

• MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
• Active California medical license or in progress
• Experience in outpatient pediatric care
• Strong communication skills and team approach
