Creative Producer – MarketScale Production Team
Part-Time | Remote | Ongoing Role
MarketScale is hiring a Part-Time Creative Producer to join our growing Production Team. At MarketScale, we help B2B brands turn their industry expertise into dynamic media—fueling thought leadership, customer engagement, and community building through video. In this role, you'll play a key part in that process, working closely with our account managers, videographers, and clients to elevate productions beyond cookie-cutter content—delivering impactful, engaging work that truly serves our clients' business goals.
This is a part-time, ongoing opportunity (12–24 hours per week depending on production volume) for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, planning, and execution—and who is passionate about making every shoot as meaningful as the final product.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with account managers to prepare for upcoming on-site productions.
Conduct pre-production calls with videographers, serving as the lead producer to guide the process.
Work directly with clients as needed to understand their vision and production goals.
Help develop pre-production briefs that set up videographers for success.
Maintain KPIs and production standards to ensure every shoot meets MarketScale expectations.
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
Log into MarketScale systems to review upcoming productions.
Work alongside account managers to break down production goals, schedules, and deliverables.
Identify the best approach for each production to maximize quality and efficiency.
Conduct videographer calls to align on expectations and ensure each project is set up for success.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in video production, creative project management, or a related media/agency role
Strong understanding of pre-production workflows, scheduling, and client communication
Experience coordinating or managing video shoots, either as a producer, videographer, or production coordinator
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication style, both written and verbal
Comfortable leading pre-production calls and collaborating across teams
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn MarketScale systems and tools
Experience working with B2B clients or corporate video production is a plus, but not required
Who Should Apply:
This role is ideal for experienced videographers who understand production workflows and are ready to step into a producer role. However, it's also a great fit for anyone with a strong background in production coordination, media project management, or creative agency work—especially those who know how to translate a client's vision into a clear, actionable production plan.
If you are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable leading pre-production conversations, and passionate about helping creative teams deliver their best work, you could thrive here. Whether you come from behind the camera or from a production management background, we're looking for someone who understands the moving parts of a great shoot and knows how to set up both clients and videographers for success.
