• Ensure seamless handoff of new clients to internal teams while maintaining ongoing engagement.
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate records to ensure commission eligibility.
• Work independently while aligning with company goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and manage the sales cycle independently.
• Experience with commission-based or performance-driven sales structures preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor with a flexible, self-motivated approach.
