The New Construction Plumber is based out of our Lititz, PA location and is a part of our New Construction Plumbing Install team. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Plumber with 4+ years of experience who excels in delivering outstanding customer service, values quality work, and enjoys leading jobs. Integrity and Customer Care are core values! This is a Safety Sensitive position.

What You Will Do as a New Construction Plumber:
Be precise and efficient on each job to live up to our core value of integrity.
Share your expertise and provide mentorship to those just beginning their plumbing careers.
Work independently under minimal supervision while collaborating with a supportive team.
Communicate effectively and take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork neatly, accurately, and on time.
What We Need From You as a New Construction Plumber:
4 - 6 years of New Construction plumbing experience (required).
An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
A strong drive to get the job done right the first time and take pride in your work.
Valid and current driver’s license with an insurable driving record (for a company vehicle).
Journeyman's or Master’s License is a plus.
Proficiency with technology, including working from an iPad and sending professional emails.
A lifelong learner mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in the trade.
