Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Salary: $45K–$50K base + commission based on approved CGM orders

Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint within existing doctor’s offices, converting more patients into active CGM users, and streamlining referral processes. This is a high-volume sales role, requiring persistence, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 75–100 outbound calls per day to engage with doctor’s offices and patients.
  • Strengthen relationships with doctors' offices where we have existing patients.
  • Convert more patients from those offices to drive CGM orders.
  • Streamline referrals so doctors automatically send patients to us.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual lunch-and-learns to educate offices and increase order volume.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through consistent follow-ups and closing deals .
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–3 years of sales or cold-calling experience (inside sales preferred).
  • Comfortable making high-volume cold/warm calls .
  • Highly motivated by commission-based earning potential .
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Coachable, energetic, and aggressive in closing deals.
  • Prior experience in B2B or medical sales is a plus (but not required).
