We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Coordinator to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. This role involves assisting in all areas of technical and management to facilitate project completion under the direction and mentoring of a Manager.
Responsibilities
+ Engage in preconstruction activities to ensure seamless project initiation.
+ Coordinate with other divisions to streamline project processes.
+ Place material orders and manage inventory for timely project progress.
+ Review daily reports to track project milestones and address issues.
+ Prepare change orders to reflect project modifications accurately.
+ Attend project meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
+ Maintain job issues logs to document challenges and resolutions.
+ Generate RFIs (Requests for Information) to clarify project details.
+ Prepare project close-outs to ensure successful project completion.
Essential Skills
+ At least 3 years of MEP experience.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
+ Exposure to PlanGrid and construction management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $93000.00/yr.
