We need talented professionals across multiple disciplines who want to contribute to the company's mission and advance its vision, while also shaping its future.The Master Data Analyst plays a critical role within IT, ensuring that RYAM's enterprise master data is governed, accurate, and aligned across systems, business processes, and geographies. This role leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of master data management activities across SAP S/4HANA and associated platforms.The Analyst acts as a central steward and enabler of enterprise data, supporting all business functions including Procurement, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Maintenance. The role supports all lines of business, including High Purity Cellulose and Biomaterials, and operates across RYAM's regions in the United States, Canada, and France.While data ownership resides with the business functions, this role provides governance, request and change management oversight, execution of master data tasks, and cross-functional analysis. The position is also responsible for driving automation and process efficiency within the enterprise data landscape.How you'll shape the future of the IT Team:Govern the end-to-end lifecycle of master data objects in SAP S/4HANADefine and maintain enterprise-wide standards, validation logic, naming conventions, documentation, and change control processes for master dataCollaborate with data owners across Procurement, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Maintenance to ensure alignment between master data structures and business process needsServe as the central point for intake, triage, execution, and audit of data change requests, working across multiple functions and geographiesLead efforts to automate manual data handling processes and accelerate turnaround time through workflow optimization and tool adoptionSupport enterprise initiatives such as ERP rollouts, data migration projects, and structural changes that require data cleansing, enrichment, and validationCoordinate alignment of master data standards across the United States, Canada, and France to ensure consistency and traceabilityLeverage reporting and data governance tools to track data quality, monitor performance, and deliver insights to business and IT stakeholdersPartner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure proper data access controls, segregation of duties, and audit readinessYou'll be someone who can bring:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical disciplineMinimum of four years in SAP S/4HANA master data management within an IT or enterprise applications functionProven experience supporting master data requirements across multiple business functions such as Procurement, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Maintenance in a complex, multi-region environmentDemonstrated involvement in data governance, change control, and data quality improvement initiatives at the enterprise levelProficient in SAP S/4HANA master data processes, structures, and interdependenciesSkilled in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and general-purpose MDM and reporting toolsFamiliarity with integration platforms such as SAP BTP and SAP Process OrchestrationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational disciplineComfortable managing complexity across global and cross-functional environmentsEffective communicator with the ability to coordinate between IT and business usersWhy you'll love working for RYAM:Competitive payMedical, Dental, VisionShort term / Long term disabilityBonus / MeritLife insurance (Company paid & Voluntary)Company paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition reimbursementWellness reimbursementRetirement planEOE/Vet/DisabilityPDN-9cfb1d9c-2c08-43f5-96fa-a69501102861
