Qualifications: Who We're Looking For: • You have a genuine passion for helping individuals, couples, families, children, and teens thrive — and it shows in your work! • You're a pro at staying on top of paperwork and documentation (because you know that great therapy also needs great records). • You love working independently but also get excited about learning the ins and outs of private practice — including a little bit of business and marketing magic. • You're skilled at conducting assessments, making diagnoses, creating thoughtful treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to help clients reach their goals. • You’re ready to rock a part-time schedule with a minimum of 15 clients per week, or go full-time with 22+ clients weekly — and you're open to leading group therapy sessions too! • You believe therapy can be serious work and still be full of laughter, heart, and connection — a good sense of humor is a must! • You’re a team player who’s all about collaboration, support, and yes... having fun while doing meaningful work.
