We specialize in airport transfers, private SUV and shuttle services, ski resort transportation, corporate travel, and special events.

With a strong reputation and loyal client base, we are expanding our operations and growing our service offerings. As we scale, we’re looking for a skilled and strategic Marketing Director, preferably someone with transportation or travel industry experience—to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.

Position Overview

The Marketing Director will lead all aspects of marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building a strong digital presence, developing campaigns, managing promotions, and growing partnerships with local businesses and event venues. This is a hands-on role for a proactive marketer who can manage day-to-day tasks while supporting long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business expansion goals
• Identify opportunities to promote new services, markets, and seasonal offerings
• Manage marketing budget, reporting, and return on investment (ROI)

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Optimize website content and user experience for lead conversion (SEO/UX)
• Create and manage email campaigns, social media posts, and online promotions

Local Outreach & Partnerships

• Establish relationships with hotels, resorts, event venues, and corporate clients
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns targeting travelers, wedding planners, event coordinators, and businesses
• Support expansion into new routes, service areas, and target markets

Reputation Management

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and other platforms
• Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and promote testimonials across marketing materials

Analytics & Reporting

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
• Deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the transportation, travel, or hospitality industry
• Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and email marketing
• Experience with content creation, social media management, and customer engagement strategies
• Ability to build local partnerships and represent the company professionally
• Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of the Denver metro area and travel/tourism market is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
• Flexible hours: part-time or full-time based on candidate availability and fit
• Hybrid work environment with occasional in-person meetings in Denver/Lakewood
