Must be 18+ years of age.
Mad Nice Coffee is looking for a bubbly, outgoing Marketing Model to help spread the word and grow our Stupid Good Rewards loyalty program. This role is all about energy, connection, and confidently engaging with guests in a busy mall setting.
What You’ll DoActively engage mall guests and introduce them to Mad Nice Coffee
Encourage and assist customers with signing up for Stupid Good Rewards
Represent the Mad Nice Coffee brand with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
Create positive, memorable interactions that reflect our hospitality-first culture
Hit sign-up goals during each 4-hour shift
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sundays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Mall retail environment
$25.00 per hour
$100 bonus for enrolling 100+ members in a single shift
A friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
Comfortable starting conversations and engaging the public
Strong communication skills and persuasive energy
Ability to represent the Mad Nice Coffee brand authentically
Reliable, punctual, and goal-driven
Position runs ASAP through the end of January
Possible extension into February , as needed
