We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for a global SaaS provider of financial operations solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is well-versed in the latest marketing automation tools, content marketing strategies, and best practices in B2B marketing.
As a key leader in our marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and driving growth. You'll work closely with teams across Sales, Client Success, and Product Management to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
Manage and mentor a marketing team, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to refine strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns that support sales and product initiatives.
Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and voice across all channels.
Monitor key performance metrics and adjust campaigns for optimal results.

What You Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience leading global marketing initiatives with measurable success.
3+ years of experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other digital marketing tools.
4-6 years of experience managing a team and driving marketing success.
Strong understanding of inbound marketing, the buyer's journey, and content strategy.
Experience developing marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.
Ability to grasp technology-driven business processes within finance and administration.
