Loan Support Agent

Carrollton, TX 

The Loan Support Agent plays a critical role in supporting store operations by coaching team members on accurate vehicle appraisals and loan application submissions. This position is responsible for auditing and validating loan documents, assessing vehicle damage, and ensuring compliance with company standards and state regulations. As a subject matter expert in our valuation tools, you will use your organizational and coaching skills to help stores exceed their loan performance goals. This is a full-time, hybrid role.

What You’ll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze vehicle valuations to coach store team members on effective appraisal techniques using Black Book and historical transaction data.
  • Guide store teams in maintaining accurate and complete documentation.
  • Support daily operations by processing documents, recording data, and ensuring high-quality internal service.
  • Ensure compliance with state laws and company policies related to vehicle valuations.
  • Research and verify information using third-party verification tools.
  • Communicate effectively via email, chat, video calls, and phone with supervisors and store teams.
  • Always provide exceptional customer service during internal communications.
  • Maintain a full-time  hybrid schedule, including Saturday availability (minimum 40 hours/week).
What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Typing speed of 60 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, especially over the phone.
  • Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to remain stationary and operate standard office equipment (keyboard, mouse).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Experience in title lending or related operational support is a plus.
