We are searching for a reliable and highly experienced lab technician to work a part time Second shift, the primary responsibilities include.

• Conduct laboratory testing following international standard protocols and/or local procedures
  
• Support workplace safety program
  
• Provide technical support to develop new products and to sustain existing products
  
• Perform laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products to support the development of new Specialty Chemical materials and to help sustain existing materials
  
• Perform lab scale application testing on new and existing materials to support internal and external customer data requests
  
• Prepare testing documentation such as spreadsheets and reports with data interpretation
  
• Perform analyzes of samples by strictly following the analytical methods mentioned in procedures and according to the planning
  

This is a part time second/overnight position, 3 nights per week rotating weekdays/weekends. 

4:00pm - 2:00am

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience
  
• Additional courses in math, biology, chemistry, and physics would be advantageous.
  
• Excellent knowledge of lab safety.
  
• Knowledge of computer science and statistics is a plus.
  
• Strong analytical, observational, and time management skills.
  
• The ability to follow instructions and focus for extended periods.
  
• Must be proficient in basic computer knowledge, i.e. Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
  
• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Must be able to pass a Policy Elements Background Check and drug screen.
  
• Must be able to work overnight part time
