We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s). **Position Responsibilities:** + Manage the organization's IT systems, including software, hardware and networks; and responsible for designing, installing and supporting the entire IT system or may specialize in one or more areas, such as data, network or software development engineering + Designing and implementing complex network environments + Define, documenting, and enforcing network standards + Leading network design and architecture review of global projects + Supports the implementation of effective network design and maintenance practices such as providing technical support to ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and availability of networks, following prescribed policies and procedures + Assists in supporting network performance, reliability, and availability for projects and programs within the designated business area, by participating in network design and maintenance activities + Supports the implementation of effective incident response practices such as restoring services promptly using distinct processes and procedures, following prescribed policies and procedures + Assists in resolving reported incidents through streamlined processes for projects and programs within the designated business area, by participating in incident response activities + Partner with internal and external business groups to develop technical solutions to meet business objectives **What you have** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or 1 -2 years of experience in IT Networking + CCNA or other Cisco, Aruba or Networking technical certifications are a plus + Jira/Confluence experience + Programming / Scripting background with knowledge of Python, REST API and Ansible + knowledge in network design, network architecture, protocols and network topology, TCP/IP and the OSI model + Experience in design, implementation and troubleshooting of networks and systems + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities + Ability to collaborate with stakeholders seamlessly and successfully team cross-organizationally on infrastructure deliverables + Experience working in a large enterprise environment with a keen focus around security, availability, resiliency and performance + Communicates ideas and information clearly and effectively, utilizing appropriate language and tone for different audiences and situations.
