Kids & Fitness is seeking Early Childhood Teachers (Preschool Assistant) to join either of our South Burlington! We are looking for someone outgoing, nurturing, willing to be active and fun-loving, and has a genuine love of children! Experience in a classroom setting is a must! Job requirements will include, but are not limited to, curriculum planning, collaborating with colleagues, and lots of communication with families.

Duties

We support a child-centered, exploration-based philosophy that responds to the changing interests of each child. Our educators modify curriculum and explore current developments in educational theory to ensure quality childcare. Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications: Our team is looking for professionals who are creative, flexible, possess good communication skills, have a commitment to working with children and families, and have a passion for educating young minds through play. Education requirements are based on position being applied for.

Nice To Haves

At minimum, one year of experience and 12 ECE-related college credits.
