Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage auto dealer sales and relationships for our Member Auto Service (MAS).  We are located in Northwest Houston, in the Jersey Village and Cypress area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and maintaining a robust network of dealerships while delivering value to our members through user-generated car sales leads and Price Quote Requests (PQRs). This role requires a strategic approach to building and nurturing partnerships, ensuring seamless integration of our services, and fostering a collaborative environment that enhances the overall customer experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and PERCENT OF TIME SPENT:  
Promote and sell the Member Auto Service to automobile dealers in the Houston market, demonstrating how MAS can drive high-quality leads, increase sales opportunities, and enhance their customer base through credit union partnerships.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with MAS dealer accounts in the Houston market, ensuring ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and value through continuous support and high-quality lead generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the MAS Credit Union Representative and Marketing Department leadership team to strategically expand MAS services, strengthening relationships with both credit union and dealer accounts to drive growth and engagement.
  • Support the accounts payable department by assisting with the collection of outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong dealer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales and service-related reports to the Marketing Department leadership team, providing insights on performance, dealer engagement, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the budget planning process by analyzing and forecasting MAS-related income and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency and strategic growth
  • Engage in company-sponsored events and functions that promote the MAS service, strengthen dealer relationships, and drive brand awareness within the automobile industry.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • In-depth understanding of automobile dealers, credit unions, and their connection to the MAS service.
  • Excellent sales presentation and follow-up skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships.
